Hello Kitty in its place of origin.

 om nom nom nom *chokes*
So this morning I awoke to the sound of my mother screaming into the microphone on the computer. Skype works better when you whisper by the way, but a logical mind would scream if they knew they were speaking across an ocean. Anyway, we (my sister, my other sister, and I) all came downstairs to see wadupp. On the computer screen smiled my dad and my new sister, Zoe, who is Chinese and has dwarfism. My mom excitedly says, "There's ZoZo! It's Zoe! Look at your new sister!!!!!" We smiled and waved, considering the newest edition speaks zero English. My dad speaks his poor excuse for Chinese to her (his phone, with a translation app on it, is of no use in China- which we were not aware of).
Finalllllyyyyy!!
She laughs, flips, and cartwheels across the hotel room."Wow, she seems happy for an eight-year-old girl leaving the people, language, and orphanage she has known her entire life," we all think. "Weeiiirrrdd..." I'm not sure she gets what's happening just yet. But there are so many reasons to believe she does know. She sees kids get adopted out of the orphanage a lot, she receiveda photo album of our family, and the orphanage directors have told her she has a family now. Oh well, she'll get it soon. BTW, Little Zoe is, like, the star of her orphanage. Our family laughs at how she probably has a more exciting life at the orphanage than she'll have at our house.

Sad day for some, exhilarating for a lot, confusing to most.
I'm likin' the Charlie Brown tie.
ZoZo pictured here playing Angry Birds, which she apparently already knew how to play....
